All items will be shipped via UPS.

Returns on our website:
Returns will only be accepted for merchandise found defective immediately upon receipt. The Parker Shoppes will provide the same product purchased for a replacement item (pending availability).

If product/item is damaged in shipping, Users need to file a claim with the carrier. If you receive a defective item, please immediately call the shop at 303-841-2250, or email us customerservice@theparkershoppes.com to request a return label.

Returns with The Shoppes:

When you purchase items from our Shoppe, you may find unique items from our merchants, and those items are final sales. Most of these items are not available on our website.
